Our holiday to Abu Dhabi and Dubai kicked off with an enchanting visit to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque in Abu Dhabi. From the moment we laid eyes on it, we were spellbound by its grandeur. The mosque’s splendor was truly a sight to behold.
The tomb in the pic on the right leads you to a basement where, there is ticket counter, multiple counters where they check for dress code. Additionally, a variety of eateries and restaurants that offer delicious snacks for visitors.
Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, has two distinct sections that cater to both worshipers and visitors. While one area is dedicated to prayer, the other welcomes visitors to explore the mosque’s architectural marvels.
Once we passed the dress code check, we were granted entry to the mosque. Arriving in the evening had its perks, as we were treated to the soft glow of the setting sun casting a golden hue over the mosque’s pristine white domes. The tranquil atmosphere enveloped us as we wandered through the courtyards and corridors, capturing the stunning beauty of the mosque in the evening light.
As we made our way towards the mosque, each step filled us with admiration for this architectural marvel. The intricate details and imposing size of the mosque left us in awe. It was truly a testament to the craftsmanship and vision behind its design.
